Sad to hear the issues regarding Walmart and Sams Club. Eventhough Walmart tries to defend it's company by saying that 46% of the workforce is women, there are too many women that are complaining about the company. I personally know a friend of mine who works in Sam's Club and he's a male, and tells me how unjust the company can be. Their is tons of favortism, and people are constantly quitting. Walmart is a place where many people love to shop, but if it doesn't shape up with it's workforce it is definately going to gain a bad reputation.
