One of the most bizarre methods of raising visibility and improving search rankings I have ever heard of! ("verging on psychotic").....

WOW! This is why so many people are terrified when it comes to releasing information on the web. I am sure he is not the only crazy man on the internet. There are tons. He just happened to be really blunt and obvious with his. This is one of the main reasons why children should be monitored on the web. Situations like this can lead to something even more dangerous. Grant it, we are unsure if he was actually going to hurt his customers but the reality of the situation is that he still instilled that fear. Over the years I have learned to be quite careful with the internet. This just proves why everyone should to.

I don't think this guy knows much about customer service because according to the article, "When she tried to return the glasses, which she believed were fakes, he threatened to sexually assault her and later sent her a photograph of the front of her apartment building. He also sent menacing e-mails, one of which stated that she had put her “hand in fire. Now it’s time to get burned.” I think this type of behavior is extremely bad for business.Entrepreneurs should act professional and this man was acting far from that, which put him in the big house. He was using his customers personal information to threaten them when they complained about his products. Entrepreneurs must act responsibly, not like psychos. It's over for this guy, and if not now it will be soon due to his behaviors.
