Hello Dr. Avallone,
I do not blame the government for stepping in. When companies seek to have products made in other countries than their own they are trying to cut costs. It seems that this happened with the Mexican plant. Johnson & Johnson should have had a more hands on with making sure that their health products were manufactured according to the FDA.
