WOW! I do not even know where to begin. What an inspiration this woman is to bakers everywhere. I enjoyed this article because I to am a baker and I love trying to come up with new and creative designs and ideas for the presentation of my baked goods. I admire bakers like her because they set the bar for those that have been thinking of doing something of that nature or have actually tried and not succeeded at it. I think her idea is amazing and eco-friendly at that.
What a great idea. I think that this woman is a perfect example of a successful entrepreneur and what I like most is that this is not her first product. Despite not being to sell her previous inventions, she did not give up and finally came up with the best idea yet. Martha Stewart, should watch out.
Glad you find this woman inspirational - hope to read of you both in the near future!
