I believe ESPN made the right decision to dismiss Mr. Ron Franklin. Respect should be the main policy in the workplace. If you cross that line there should be consequences. Ms. Edwards did not deserve that treatment. No one deserves that treatment male or female.
I absolutely agree with Ivelissa. I think that ESPN made the right choice. We must understand how important respect is in every field we work in. When we respect others around us, we are respected in return. Even though Franklin has worked for ESPN since 1987, his disrespect has costed him all the 23 years of work. We must not only agree on how important respect is, but apply it to our everyday lives.
